About the Master's Business Ministry

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." Romans 12:1

How much of you does God have? Does He have all of you or only part of you? Does He have one hundred percent of you or only fifty percent? When it was time to give a burnt offering to the Lord, the sacrifice was placed on the altar. The whole sacrifice had to be burnt, that meant if any part of it hung off the altar that part was cut off and placed on the altar with the rest. For example, if a leg hung off the altar because it would not fit, the leg was cut off and laid on top of the rest of the animal to be sacrificed. Is your "all" on the altar- all your heart, soul, and mind? If God doesn't have all of you...what's hanging off the altar? What "part" are you not giving to Him? Are you not giving Him your whole will? Are you holding back unforgiveness or past hurts- unwilling to relinquish them to Him? Are you withholding your ambitions, your talents, your desires?

You must ask yourself daily, "Does God have all of me?" If He doesn't have all of you, then what part/parts doesn't He have? What do you need to "cut off" and place on the altar? As a "living sacrifice" you can't be only a part of a sacrifice, you have to give Him the "whole" sacrifice... which is all of yourself.
