What does the company sell?
The best skin care in the world plus personal care items for the entire family. Jafra has skin care, cosmetics, fragrance, baby & toddler care, men's skin care, a tremendous spa product line and a lot more!

What are the start-up costs?
Consultant Case is $39 plus local tax/S/H for all of your paperwork, training materials and $110 worth of retail product.

What is the commission percentage/level?
50% with orders over $300 RETAIL; 30% for orders between $100 and $300 RETAIL.

Is there support and training for new reps?
Yes. Each manager has their own yahoo group for training plus our District has an online training in our own chat room every Monday night that anyone can attend. The District Managers and individual branch managers are available by phone, email and several instant messengers. We all cross train so a new recruit can find a different manager if she can't find her own. Help is ALWAYS available.

What do you like most about this company?
The products. They saved my face from the ravages of many surgeries, chemo, infections and many, many other drugs. The skin care is TOP NOTCH. The compensation plan is also phenomenal, especially in the leadership areas.
