What are the start-up costs?
The regular start up kit is $149. There are often specials in Jan. There is a $99 special kit.

What is the commission percentage/level? 25% to 40% plus bonuses

Is there support and training for new reps?
There are lots of telephone training opportunities and in many cities there are team meetings that new reps can join in for free.There is a yearly convention and several mini-conventions. There is lots of online training as well.

What do you like most about this company?
I love the products! They are terrific! I love that this company makes it easy for reps to be successful. There are no monthly quotas or minimum orders. DT has a terrific compensation program. I enjoy that I learn child development information from the company also. I love that we can win terrific trips and earn free toys!
