The fight is the fight of faith. It's daily, minute by minute. The sifter, the one who desires to destroy and take us off course, is never off his game. The pray without ceasing command, is a reminder, yes, I'm with you when you go through the valley of the shadow of death, however, it's contingent upon your ability to stay in the presence. The word of God is a total word and we receive commands throughout. Pray constantly, even it's just a whisper, it's a dynamic weapon over the sifter's tactics. In Him we live move and have our being. As a new Christian, there is always that little nagging doubt - am I really feeling what I'm feeling? Am I being silly? Could God REALLY be taking time to show ME he wants me? Thanks for a post that reminds me that yes - I am feeling this, no, I'm not being silly, and yes, God really DOES want me. This was great to read today.
